+ What Is An Escape Room?
In our escape rooms, you and your team (2-10 players) are the main characters in a real-life adventure game. During your 60-minute quest, you must use your combined wits to investigate elements in a uniquely themed environment. In this alternate reality, the goal is to decipher clues and solve a series of puzzles to complete your mission and ultimately win the game.

Our address is at 221 Chestnut Street, Suite 300, Philadelphia 19106. We're between Bank and Strawberry Streets on Chestnut Street. Ring the buzzer downstairs and come right up the elevator to the 3rd floor. We'll be there to welcome you! Call us at (484) 297-9560 if you need to get in touch.
+ How Does This Work?
Easy-peasy! Assemble a group (up to 10 for private parties) and book a time online. Once booked, make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early for check-in. At your scheduled time, your “game-master” will introduce her/himself and will quickly go over the safety rules before briefing you on your quest mission. After, they will escort you to the escape room booked. When the door closes, the 60-minute adventure begins!
+ Can I Show Up Without A Booking?
While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend players book online ahead of time to ensure they are guaranteed a timeslot. We hate having to turn away guests who come without a booking because our rooms are in play or are unavailable upon arrival.
+ What is Your Refund Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, missed bookings, or individual team members who cannot attend. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that any request to rescheduled under 24 hours advanced notice is at manager's discretion. Please understand that these policies are in place because if a group cancels or moves their reservation within 24 hours, it is difficult to get those vacated slots filled on short notice, which means we lose out on that business.
+ How Many People Can Play?
Each game can be completed by a minimum team of 2 and can accommodate up to 10 players. Upon request, we can extend the number of players per room. Just call us to help us accommodate your needs!
+ Are There Age Limits To Play?
Our experiences are designed for players of all ages, however, we do ask that any individuals under the age of 13 be accompanied by an adult.
+ Will I Be Locked In The Room?
Never. The doors are always unlocked so if ever you feel the need to exit the game, you are absolutely free to do so. Note our rooms are spacious too, so come one, come all claustrophobes!
+ Are The Games Scary?
Nope. While we do enjoy a good scare, we pride ourselves on providing fully immersive adventures geared more for fun and excitement than spooks. While mysterious, magical, and certainly eerie at times, the experience itself is more focused on completing quests than escaping terror.
+ Will I need to bring anything or prepare?
Don’t worry, no outside knowledge is necessary to play. All the elements needed to solve puzzles and complete challenges have been designed into the game itself. With a bit of determination, logic, and perhaps a clue or two from your helpful "game master," players of all experience should be able to crack even our toughest puzzles.
+ What kinds of puzzles should I expect?
Our games include a variety of puzzle-types ranging from logic-based, tactile analog puzzles to high-tech props that blur the lines between reality and game.
+ Can I Book A Private Room?
Yes, for an additional fee of $15/person you can book an entire room and play a private game exclusively with your own group! This option will be presented to you upon booking.
